Parts Used - Mega Marines Blast Off

Had the Joe line not been canned in 1994, we may have seen another Power Fighter who would have joined the ranks with Gears and Techno Viper.  The figure seen here is a complete repaint of Blast Off.  His power suit was entirely new, and would have featured a snazzy laser thingee.  2 different shades of green, some light blue, black, and gold finished this figure off.
