Parts Used - 1988 Blizzard figure and accessories

Ah, what we could have had in 1997.  Here you see what was initially planned for what eventually became a Toys R Us exclusive.  I also liked the Blizzard figure as a kid.  Cool accessories, cool outfit.  This would have been nice to see again in 1997, but to date we haven't seen a rerelease.  I took a little artistic liberty here and included his rifle even though the proto is not pictured with it.
