Parts Used - 2001 Laser Viper head, Salvo torso, 1983 Duke arms, Downtown waist, 1986 Sgt. Slaughter legs

So Flint and Lady Jaye are in a Cobra base, and encounter some Cobra pilots.  (Anyone want to come up with a flashy code-name for these guys?)  Them they beat them up and escape.  The chest emblem is a sticker from Cobra Stickers.  Nothing much to this figure other than paint and some sanding to the belt buckle to remove the "U.S."   Doesn't make much sense for a terrorist to be sporting a pro-America clothing accessory, does it?
