"Destroy  the foundation, and the rests comes tumblin' down."   Perhaps the most intelligent words ever spoken by Torch.  The Dreadnoks for some unknown reason were given the task of training new Cobra recruits in the episode Countdown for Zartan.  Ironically, not a single piece of this figure comes from a Cobra trooper.  The chest emblem is a sticker from Cobra Stickers.  Nothing much to this figure other than paint and some sanding to the belt buckle to remove the "U.S."   Doesn't make much sense for a terrorist wannabe to be sporting a pro-America clothing accessory, does it?
