Parts Used - 1983 Flash figure and accessories

Ah, what we could have had in 1997.  Here you see what was initially planned for what eventually became a Toys R Us exclusive.  As with many of my customs using more valuable parts, this figure is an amalgam of spare parts accumulated over the years, including reissues of existing molds.  No intact 1983 Flash figures were harmed in the creation of this movie figure.  Too bad we never got a Flash in 1997.  Even with the bright yellow padding, he doesn't look too shabby.
