During The Revenge of Cobra mini-series Mutt and Flint are stranded in Cobra-controlled territory, and must disguise themselves to get through safely.  Apparently all it takes to fool Cobra is to wear blue.  Heck, they didn't even cover their faces, or have Flint drop the hat.  Ironically, not a single piece of this figure comes from a Cobra trooper.  The chest emblem is a sticker from Cobra Stickers.  This was my first custom using a ball-jointed head on a swivel-jointed torso.
