Appearances - GI Joe (Devil's Due) #38

Parts Used - Scarlett (comic pack #2) head, torso, and arms, Windchill waist, Cobra Officer legs, Sky Dive Rifle, Big Ben backpack, 2002 Dusty webbing

Take three lame characters, put them in cool new outfits, limit their appearance to one page, and kill them off.  That seems to be the recipe for Rampart, Hardball, and Glenda as used by Devil's Due.  Ah well, I never cared about these guys anyway, so no great loss.  These guys do look pretty cool together on my custom shelf though.   Glenda's headgear is primarily hand-sculpted other than the mic which is sliced off an accessory pack Breaker comm unit.
