Parts Used - Rampart head, Footloose Torso, Downtown arms, 1988 Blizzard waist, 1983 Snow Job legs, Sky Dive Rifle, Big Ben backpack

Take three lame characters, put them in cool new outfits, limit their appearance to one page, and kill them off.  That seems to be the recipe for Rampart, Hardball, and Glenda as used by Devil's Due.  Ah well, I never cared about these guys anyway, so no great loss.  These guys do look pretty cool together on my custom shelf though.
