What to do when you're sitting around bored one night?  Why, slap a head on a body and call it a custom.  Normally I don't like doing one so easy, but, well, there isn't a whole lot to see of this character in the two panels or so that he appears in.   Basically, everything from the neck down is a guess as to how it looks.  So, I sliced the tabs off the Fast Draw helmet, sliced the mike portion off an accessory pack Breaker headset, superglued the mike to the helmet, and stuck the head on the body.   Simple as that.  The codename is made up, of course.
