Parts Used - 1988 Blizzard head, 1985 Footloose torso, arms, and waist, 1984 Recondo legs, 1982 Stalker gun, 1989 Backblast knife

Torpedo didn't always tool around in his wet suit.  OK, well, there was only one issue of the comic where he opted for the cammo look.  But he did look darn cool doing it.  Took me a while to find a suitable head for this.  Tried Zandar at first, but I couldn't get a good flesh tone to adhere to his head.  Eventually I just sculpted a bandana to Blizzard's head, recolored his hair, and threw some brown on for camoflage.  Two shades of green and some black completed the rest of the figure.
